firstly, i have no clue how to replicate that site! Find me a template from some 'free template' like site

Do this. Go online on google and search 'free blog templates'
when you do find a good one, send the link here.
so we can discuss over it and then implement it!
becase you can design a new one, but someone will have to go to the settings and upload it in the HTML code....which is too much work....and it's very confusing actually! because of the pixel size....and the trial and error involved in getting the jpg in the right place. it's a little confusing for me to explain it here, actually.
it's much more simple to just get a template from a site!
